First observatory in South America, open only by appointment

You can't miss seeing this from the outside if you go to the Palacio Narino. You can go inside only if you make an appointment some time in advance.

Nice observatory

This was apparently the first observatory in Latin America. Unfortunately you need to make an appointment to enter. Nice building.
