Fine building om the Plaza de Independencia and entrance is free. The history of immigration is well worth the visit. However if you do not understand Spanish you will need to go with a guide.

The price of entry is free and you can spend a little over an hour here. On the top floor is a legislative room that is open to the public to see the visit, cool to see.
