There are many viewpoints around Noumea. Each offers a distinct view of the city. It's worthwhile visiting many of them, especially if you have your own transportation. Include this viewpoint on your list.

We visited as part of the Choo Choo train tour. The view is good but it's run down and the building is apparently going to be replaced soon. If you have nothing better to do, come and take a look.

Beautiful sunset view. Come up with a car if you can for a quick stop and a snapshot. Good thing to tick off the list

Shabby, derelict place. I'm not very keen on Noumea as a whole anyway and this part of it was no different to what I thought of everything.

Nice short walk up the hill for great views of the noumea sunset. Use a clear day. Many points from where one can watch.

The drive was good and the place gave good view of the bay. Enjoyed the place as it is very quiet and peaceful.
