If you stay at the Hilton hotel - it's just across the road. Unfortunately, local authorities stopped taking proper care of it, there is some litter scattered here and there on the sand and grass. Otherwise a very nice place - it's a long beach with many benches and palms and tables. You can leave your personal belongings and swim... More

We stayed at the Hilton across the road and swam here every day, just 5 minutes walk away. There is little sand, especially at high tide, but a reasonably grassy area with shade. The sea was clear, clean and safe for children. No waves while we were there. There are amenities at several points for hiring windsurfers, kayaks, paddle boards... More

Great view and position, a bit of broken coral and shells around, which is to be expected being surrounded by a coral reef. Water fairly clean and clear water. Safe swimming for young children as it is a protected bay. Faces the west but have yet to see a sunset due to cloudy weather every evening this week.

While the beach is quire narrow - its length means there is room to spread out. Very family friendly...Great beach, soft sand, bar and restaurants only foot steps away and water sport options at your finger tips.. Enjoy a drink on the beach or play Pétanque.

Was often very windy whilst we were there which made the sea quite choppy and sitting on beach generally unpleasant. At low tide unless you have very thick soles of your feet you will need beach/water shoes in the water as there is very little sand mainly rocks and coral. There are other areas where there is sand - mainly... More

Worth a visit as there is a lot on offer at this venue. Wind surfing, cafes, taxi boats, beach volley ball was happening whilst we were here, lovely swimming, good for snorkelling. Not a large beach - but a good one!

The road runs along the beach. The sand was great to walk along when the tide was out. The beach was not crowded and there appeared to be lots of things to do - like snorkelling, paddle boarding, and swimming of course. Across the street there were venues for shopping and hotels. The water looked beautiful.

A beach 10m wide, and the restaurant offer less than expected for an area with such presence of major hotels. The amenity must all lie back in the resorts

This beach is as good a beach as anywhere (coming from an Australian who loves the beach). It has wind surfing if you want it. Plenty of cafes for lunch or dinner and also the taxi boats to Ilôt aux Canards (Duck Island very close to shore). Exceptionally beautiful bus ride along the coastline about 20 minutes from Centre Ville.... More
