One of our favourite snorkeling spots on the island. Good from mid tide to high tide and fairly sheltered from the waves. The waves were a bit rough the week we visited so spent a fair bit of time here.

We absolutely loved the Limu Pools. It was perfect to snorkel in, anywhere from mid to high tide. Colourful fish, sea snakes, nudibranches and the most beautiful water you could ever wish for. There are two pools, the first one you come to naturally after...More

Crystal clear waters, coral in reasonable health, good diversity of species, and shelter from swells make Limu Pools a must-do snorkelling stop for your Niue visit.

The ramps and stairs getting into the Limu Pools make it an easy swim. The water is warm and the ocean swell is around the corner leaving the main pool calm. Best to swim when the tide is coming in and about mid way there....More

Lovely spot to visit for snorkelling, waters are clear, although some spots where fresh water mixes with the salt water creates temporary fuzziness! Definitely a magical place to visit and experience while on Niue

This is where a saw lots and lots of sea snakes! Amazing views. The water is kind of cold and it is not clear on the surface because of the fresh water input, but it is great on a hot day!

Impressive swimming place, clear water with lots of fish, watch out for sea snakes, they are harmless just let them be and you will be fine. Be careful at high tide, strong current can be a bit dangerous and can be overpowering even for good...More
