Namaste. This is Omkar Yoga Palau! All levels are welcome. We specialize in Ashtanga Yoga and also have a Retiree class. Our studio is open every day except for Saturday. Come and join us!

Although I am not a fan of yoga, the experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend the class to anyone with different physical types to background knowledge in yoga!

I took Omkar yoga class for several months with my friend. I love the peaceful atmosphere there. From my own experience, I learned that even people who are not flexible can do yoga. Yoga is definately a good way to relax your body. Teachers there are also so friendly. People of any age and gender can enjoy yoga together. Higly recommended!

While in Palau you may be looking for a day out from the various tours and trying to relax with the locals in the capital Koror. Along with the various activities around Koror like the museums and Aquarium, on a Wednesday evening at 6.30 there is a great introductory Yoga session at the Omkar Yoga that lasts for 45 minutes with a very patient and friendly instructor for a cost of $7. The Yoga was meditative and relaxing, in a quiet location with nice surrounding music,while at the same time stretching all those muscles I never use. Five stars for a great experience.

learning yoga, particularly pranayama breathing, surya namaskara A and B and teaching them to my students has been great fun. The breathing and meditation helps my students to be more attentive in their learning; they focus more on their assignments. The surya namaskar A and B helps us warm up better before going to do physical activities.

I go to this yoga studio every year when I go to Palau and I love the experience. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful with lots of fresh air. The Asthanga instructor , Yoko, is very warm n caring and always smiling . I always leave the studio feeling rejuvenated. A must visit for all yoga enthusiasts !

I love Yoko's ashtanga classes! The studio is beautiful, and her style is approachable yet challenging. The studio provides mats and props, and the short 45 minute classes work well with a busy schedule. Thanks, Omkar!

Amazing location filled with positive energy. They have great instructors that works with you at your own pace. Would highly recommend to everyone, they provide a weekly schedule so you can go to a class that suites your needs.

I love doing yoga in between high intensity workouts and Omkar Yoga Palau is the perfect place to do it. All the instructors are lovely, pleasant and very accommodating.

Yoko is an excellent yoga teacher. She works at a great pace for all levels of yoga practice. My favorite session has been candle light yoga where after a hectic day, I left completely tranquil. Can't wait to get back to class.
