Everything about this dive company is fantastic. Safety is first priority, followed closely by people. My wife really wanted to dive but couldn't equalise - Georgie was brilliant, and we solved it all together by getting her back on the boat while we descended, followed by a lovely snorkelling session around the reef for all. Everyone left grinning after a... More

Observing the whales while snorkelling from the surface of the water was the most incredible experience I have ever had. Georgie our Guide is incredibly passionate about the whales and Azaria was too. In fact all the staff were terrific. Couldn't believe I was right there amongst them Mother and calf or mother calf and escort. AMAZING - still pinching... More

Home for two weeks and watching our Go-Pro footage of a one week old baby humpback 2m away from my two children still brings lump to our throats. A review of a different sort...as it is not often you met a person who is so rare in her total, utter and complete love of whales, and this beautiful planet we... More

We went out with Deep Blue on October 1st. A fabulous day-we spent almost an hour and a half in the water with 2 whales and saw 6. Great local business with amazing service and unsurpassed enthusiasm and commitment. Also great value and organisation compared to the other operators. Just across the road from the Waterfront Hotel. Thank you!!

We went out on the 15th of Sept and had a fantastic day on the boat with Hannah and the team. Our only let down was the clarity of the water. There was a big storm the night before, so the visibility was not very good. We were right next to a whale before we even knew it. It was... More

We had a great trip with Deep Blue, the guides were amazing and boat crew were great. We saw so many whales throughout the day and got an amazing experience swimming with a humpback mother and calf. Our two guides Georgie and Hannah really knew their stuff and were very good at what they do ! Something definatley ticked off... More

As a dive instructor I am used at working with boat captains and crews and wildlife guides, and I can say that these people are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful of the whales and very friendly and welcoming! I spent 3 days with them, watching the whales breach all around the boat and swimming with them, and it was definitely one... More

From spectacular views from the boat of humpbacks breaching, to seeing them calmly resting in the water in front of us, this was a wonderful day under the guidance of Deep Blue Diving Tonga, based in the capital Nuku'alofa on Tongatapu. We were a group of ~20 people, most keen to swim when we got opportunities, although the trip is... More

On a business trip I took a day off to try my luck swimming with whales (noting that with nature and wild animals we might not even see whales, let alone get the opportunity to swim with). Regardless the service on ground was great and the friendly and experienced crew guided the boat like professionals. We were very lucky to... More
