Beautiful scenery but too many people, especially if a cruise ship is in town. Water is clean and clear and obviously a beautiful teal blue colour but overpopulation is a drawback. Just down the road towards Port Villa is an awesome beach and inlet that...More

This spot is a must for any visitor to Vanuatu whether as a shore excursion or staying on the island. The water is crystal clear and cool. Local kids and tourists swim together with ropes available to jump off with local staff supervision. Gorgeous place.

A truly beautiful experience. The water is really blue and you have the option to swim or to jump from rope swings. Definitely a top attraction for Efate. We went quite early on a rainy day and expected it to be really quiet, but the...More

Nice place to swim, tide was up when I went which was pleasant. Logs in the water to sit on and rest. Rope swings with local supervisors to help you swing right.

We spent a couple of hours here enjoying the crystal clear, cool blue water and tropical gardens. Entry price is 500 vatu (6 AUD) and inexpensive for such a memorable experience. There is a little hut on the grounds selling refreshments.

Don't know the exact temperature, but there were plenty of kids in the lagoon and would have taken my own kids in, but flotation devices for kids which are not confident in water as in places it will go above their heads.

The lake is right next to the car park, but there are some ramps and a few steps down, and then the lake drops away. However, if he's okay walking on uneven ground he should be okay.
