Agencies are typically used to either save money or increase efficiency, often both. We went with YTT Tourism for both, getting neither in return. Bank transfers through numerous banks failed every time. My banks had no record of any transaction or attempts, but was told each time by YTT that is was my various banks' problems. Eventually had to pay 40usd for a wire transfer. YTT requires international wires pay both sides fees, so had to pay an additional 30usd for their side. Only could pay the difference in cash once arriving in Mandalay - to avoid the hassle previously experienced. Their driver doesn't show up, so have to make multiple calls to ensure he does and that we FINALLY get an email confirmation, something from Oriental Ballooning, confirming what is quite an expensive activity. Oriental Ballooning was professional and well-organized - this is not a negative review against their operation. I would recommend going straight to the source, as in the end, we saved a measly total of 30usd, and earned a month of headaches.…

Our customer always transfer via online payment and we never see the above error before. We are sorry for your inconvenience. As for the payment for transfer fees, we already announced officially on our website. We will collect the tour amount plus transfer charges. So, when we didn't received the full payment, we need to collect the balance amount. It is the special case for us and we already noted that. Engaged YTT Tourism for a day tour in Yangon back in March 2017. The assigned driver although don't speak much English has been polite and respectful. He picked me up at the International airport, drove me around the city (day tour) to various sites and then introduce me to a great local place for lunch. Finally ensured that I'm dropped off at the bus station in the evening for my night bus to Inle lake. They also helped with my coach and hotair balloon reservation. The locals are really helpful and nice. Hope this continue and their kindness never be corrupted by tourism. :D…

I've used the services of YTT and more specifically Mr Kim for many projects and trips dating back to 2016. Mr Kim and his team have been great at organizing flights, buses, and balloon flights for us over the years, and paying particular attention to the details to make sure that the timings were all correct.
