From initial planning until I arrived back in Singapore, Moon has been in constant communication with me, checking if we needed any assistance before, during & even after the trip. Shoutout to Miss Moon for being the most patient tour agent, her sincere assistance to all my queries and requests .
Hotels included in the package were all inclusive of good breakfasts. We liked all 3 hotels in Vientianne, Luang Prabang & Vang Vieng. We liked everything about Muong Thanh Luxury (VTE hotel) except for the massage which I requested Miss Moon to book for us. It really wasn’t worth the time and money to have the massage here. The only redeeming factor is the facility used was really clean & VIP-worthy. Service was awful and so-so.
For the transportation, all the vehicles used, as well as the drivers who drove us around were pleasant and professional.
We experienced riding the fast train from Vientianne to Luang Prabang and back to Vang Vieng. The timings for the train rides could have been earlier but I guess it was harder to secure the tickets since it was peak season being CNY and all.
We also experienced riding the hot air balloon which is one of the highlights of the trip. For this activity, we were fetched and delivered back to our hotel just in time for breakfast.
Our tourguide was also a blessing to us, we enjoyed his company, his patience with us and soft-spoken demeanor, his insights on about every little thing. Kudos to Kham Souk, truly a scholar.
After the entire trip, we were pleasantly surprised to know we will be treated to a free local lunch. Thank you so much to Pro-Niti, definitely a dependable and trust-worthy agency. Should we feel the urge to travel Indochina again in the future, we will definitely consider this agency again.

Two days with driver and guide seeing the many wonderful temples of Yangon and nearby Bago. Veronika was super helpful arranging an itinerary that fit requests and Mr. Jack, Guide, delivered! Great service.

The agency and Moon made everything effortless. From booking to exploring, they were there every step. The place itself felt safe, I went with my aging parents - the people could not have been more incredible. Myanmar is a beautiful cultural country with a rich history but also with kind and hospitable people. Without Ms. Moon, the Pro Niti guides and drivers, we would hardly have had the chance to explore it. We visited Myanmar during typhoon Yagi and even this logistics obstacle was settled prefectly. I can strongly reccomend to choose Pro NIti services when visiting Myanmar.

Right from sending the inquiry till visiting Myanmar, Pro Niti was always there to guide and support. A special shoutout to Ms. Moon who was patient, accommodative and ensured all my queries are addressed. This was our second tour with Pro Niti Travel. First, of course was Myanmar! We fall in love with this amazing country and it's people! And without any hesitation we asked Pro Niti to organize our two weeks Asian tour to Cambodia (incl. Angkor Wat), Malaysia and Singapore.
As expected, no complaints of anything! Excellent organization of transfers, places to visit, hotels selection, knowledgeable and attentive tour guides. Thank you again Veronika and all team! Highly Recommended!

We had a very good time in Cambodia with my family of 6.

Great communication and problem-solving skills, and tons of cultural knowledge of Ms. Thar Thar, Mr. Jack and Mr. Tal. Special thanks to Ms. Moon for going above and beyond in helping us. ALL EXTRAORDINARY! I toured Yangon, Bagan and thence overland to Inle Lake. All the time Pro Niti was attentive to what we saw and did, very important to have that help always.The places are spectacular. The experience in Myanmar was unforgettable, thanks largely to Pro Niti Travel.

Gentlemen, we are 2 couples wondering to get a tour arrangement for our Myanmar trip, we arrive on 30 sept at 10:25AM in Yangoon and leave from Mandaly on Sunday 8 October 4PM. We're hoping to take train Yangon to Bagan and then go to inle lake or directly to Mandalay by boat. Some activity like hot air balloon trip, cycling or simply walking are welcomes.
