It's a rather nice temple. It's where they put the Buddha tooth. Don't go there expecting to see the tooth because you won't be able to. You can't go close to the tooth. Can only see it from a distance.

Since this Pagoda is older and less touristic, it gave us a feeling of being in a place more intimate for the locals (and buddhists). I really enjoyed this pagoda.

A beatiful padoga near the airport with the Buddhas tooth in its centre. It also has Buddhas from all over Asia placed outside around the walls each one looks slightly different dependant on the country it came from and the era

It's very clam and quite place and very important place for buddhist people as it is with the Buddha tooth. the day we visited was rainy so couldn't say anything about the weather. good place to observe the incredible architecture of a Myanmar temple.

This is a nice large temple. The Buddha tooth relic is at the center of the temple surround by many Buddha Statues. It has nicely Myanmar decoration around. I think this might be a good place for meditation.

This was my second favorite temple in Yangon. It was beautiful on the outside and the inside. There is a small entrance fee. Definitely stop by and take a look.

It's a nice pagoda but not of the same scale as the much larger Shwedagon Pagoda. It has a cheap entrance fee and I came here on the way to the airport because it is a bit out of the way, north of downtown Yangon....More
