You can just take a photo and have a look.A big beautiful nice building. You are not allowed in due security.

Had the opportunity to be invited and have a guided tour of the Palace along with guests from London - and it did not disappoint. The Glass dome and observatory is well worth seeing if you can manage to gain access.

Palace exterior can be better seen from the Peace bridge but if you wish to have a closer look it is a short 10-15 minute walk up to the palace from the old town / Rike park. Obviously the palace is heavily guarded and protected...More

Nice view over the river and city of Tbilisi. You cannot look inside, but you can go quite close, until you see the guards.
