I actually loved the design of this monument but I really don’t know what the significance is. It is in a great photo place though as the sign I Love Tbilisi is here and behind it is a fantastic Georgian restaurant which serves amazing food. The beef and pork was out of this world, and we tried many Georgian dishes. Sorry I could not read the name but it is fantastic!
