Our tour bus picked us up close to our guesthouse, and everything ran on time. Yura gave great explanations for all the DMZ attractions and then gave us plenty of time to explore on our own.
It was a fascinating overall experience.
Generally a good tour. I knew the outline of the Korean War, but visiting the sites brought it to life. The 3rd Tunnel of Infiltration/Aggression was the tour highlight. There were three things that prevented me from awarding a 5-star review:
1. We were the...More

Walk within this area, centered on what used to be the western gate of traditional Seoul, and you'll get a glimpse of Korea’s past through the beautiful and historic buildings that are scattered throughout. Whether wandering around Deoksugung’s palace walls or touring more historically somber sites such as Seodaemun Prison, this is one of the best places for culture, architecture, and history lovers. Jeongdong
in particular is a beautiful place for a stroll in spring and autumn.
