Can't say enough positive things about Rasha and her company, Egypt Sunset Tours. She's deeply knowledgeable about sites major and minor, she's almost unbelievably energetic and upbeat, and she has an acute practical sense of how to keep a tour on track. She picks amazing restaurants, and the Nile boat for our 20-person group of friends was perfect, just the right size, nice amenities, friendly crew, amazing food. I can't imagine seeing Egypt without her.

My mom & I had the privilege of being guided by Rasha during a recent trip to Egypt!! Rasha's knowledge & expertise on Egyptian history, and the numerous historical sites we visited were insanely impressive. She made every moment of the tour informative and engaging, with so many laughs along the way!!
She added so many fun stops along the tour, and gave us all kinds of fun bits of background information on the culture there which added a delightful and unforgettable element to our girls trip. She made learning about Egypt's rich history an absolute blast, and I can’t thank her enough for the experience and how lucky we are for having her as our guide!!
We highly recommend Rasha as a tour guide. Her combination of expertise, passion, and fun-loving nature created an unforgettable experience. She made our trip to Egypt truly remarkable. Thank you, Rasha!!

Rasha is beyond amazing!
Her fun personality and knowledge of everything in Egypt, made my trip outstanding. She went above and beyond to take care of every detail so we could relax and enjoy. Everyone needs a Rasha on their trips.

Rasha is the best tour guide I’ve ever had! Incredibly insightful, smart and knowledgeable (she’s an Egyptologist!). Thoughtful about what would best resonate with the group. Amazing at connecting with everyone to be sure that each of us was enjoying the experience. She truly cares about what will make your trip memorable.
And above that, she is just fun to be with! Always happy, an infectious laugh, a joyful spirit. I adore her and have already recommended her to my friends and family.

If you have any thoughts about traveling to Egypt, you need to contact Rasha Hamid with Egypt Sunset. We can not say enough good things about Rasha! Her English is flawless, her knowledge of Egyptian history is superb, her recommendations for our trip, such as the hot air balloon, turned out to be the highlights of our trips. But the best attribute of Rasha is her unflappable kindness and smile. It was obvious that everyone in the tourist business knew her and respected her. She can plan ANYTHING for you and get you discounts as well. We would definitely hire her to plan our whole trip next time!

Rashda brought Egyptian history to life for me. She arranged a tour for 7 friends and accompanied us for most of our stops. Everything was flawless-starting with pre-trip communications, all the transportation arrangements, her expert advice on what to do, her knowledge of all things Egyptian, and her food recommendations. We visited Giza, Luxor, Aswan and Alexandria. Rasha has incredible passion and energy-and she became our friend due to her warm and open personality. Her English is top notch! I can’t recommend her enough!
Pre-trip suggestion-travelers may want to study the family tree of pharaohs/gods as there are quite a few to keep straight!

all we had to do was show up and enjoy! A group of 7 friends exploring Egypt with Rasha. Every detail was handled from airport transfers, hotels, tour tickets, meals to her expert level of Egyptian history and local knowledge. Rasha planned every day based on our interest and her suggestions. Her enthusiasm was contagious as we explored the ancient tombs and temples of Egypt. If considering a 1 day tour or multi week stay Rasha needs to be a part of the planning and execution. I highly recommend her talents.

Conducted a private tour one day tour of Cairo for my wife and I on March 22. My wife is very knowledgeable about history in general and Rasha was perfect complement.We spent the majority of time walking Al mo'ez Street, because of our interest the many mosques locate along this street. Rasha knew the complete history of each and present the information in an easy going, friendly manner. WE WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMENT HER IF YOUR PLANNING A DAY CAIRO!

Rasha Hamid's Egypt Sunset Tours did a wonderful job organising our recent trip to Egypt. Rasha herself accompanied us, and she combines enthusiasm and humour with a deep knowledge. Her English is excellent and she organised everything wonderfully well, so we barely noticed that side of things at all, but just slid from one adventure to the next. I cannot recommend her more highly - thank you so much, Rasha.
