Best shopping experience in Luxor (maybe all of Egypt).
Beautiful objects fairly priced. No haggling. No pressure. Air conditioned store. Friendly staff. I saw the same object in a tourist trap for 10 times the price asked in Habiba. Locally made gifts.

    Please visit this shop!
Please visit this shop! I got here handmade cosmetic bags, 100% egiptian cotton hammam towel, fragance oils and small alabaster figures for a very reasonable price. Credit cards accepted, though they charge a reasonable 3% fee (most of the shops do).

    Favorite store in Egypt!
We visited 4 cities over our 12 days in Egypt, so we had a chance to see a lot of shops and vendors - this was our favorite! Prices are marked, fair and the quality of the items were wonderful. There is a bench outside the shop that we were able to enjoy since we walked from our hotel! Staff were so kind and let us shop without any rush. You can enter the neighborhood through the souk or from the side near Luxor temple and head straight to the shop. Great signage! We picked up towels, a scarf, soap, a candle holder and the perfect collectible - a mini canopic chest with the 4 jars!

    Best shop in Egypt? Maybe!
I love this little store! I wish I hadn't bought anything anywhere else at all the souks, this place had better (fixed!) prices and a beautifully curated store. I could have bought everything there and luckily they have an online store!

What a really creative and super shop. Lots of hand made creative artisanal products. The owner speaks great English. It felt good to buy things from a place that pays its people. The prices were very fair!

Very nice shop! Really quiet and relaxing shopping experience (no hassling). Very nice product handmade in Egypt with fixed and reasonable prices. Nice break from the hectic souk. Cannot recommend it enough if you want to buy souvenirs.

If you want a place to shop in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place you are looking for. We were tired of agressive sellers in the touristic market and this place is the opposite. Prices ar fair ans very reasonable. No bargaining.

This excellent shop that sells hand made Egyptian crafts, is a must visit whilst in Luxor. The beautiful items are made by local ladies in the villages to supplement their income. They are extremely good value and there is no need to haggle which is a relief! Also no Chinese tat which is everywhere in the markets and tourist shops. I bought gorgeous scarves for about £3.00 (English), some stunning jewelled bags for about £3.00, loads of other hand sewn bags and wraps, and a big strong hand made canvas lined bag, to carry all my purchases. This was made by the lovely assistant in the shop's sister and was about £9.00. There is no stress, no haggling. The staff are lovely and are so grateful for your visit. My friend bought a beautiful Lapiz Lazuli necklace for about £11.00, I could go on and on. Everyone on our ship who went to Habiba wished they could go back and buy more. From Luxor temple it is about two minutes walk. Ignore all the touts who try to tell you it is miles away, this is a lie, and also take care to actually find "HABIBA" as there are other imitations. It has a red sign on the street pointing you in the direction, cross the road (carefully!) from the temple car park heading slightly left and you will see the sign, turn down the side street and it is just there on the left. I really cannot recommend it highly enough. It is an excellent find!
