We have spent 3 days touring the West Bank, the only way to explore is on horseback. Whether to the Temple of Habu or the statues or to crocodile island the best way is through the villages. To see the land being worked with Buffalo and donkeys to high class villas, the towns people and the vast array of wildlife... More

Horse riding was a fantastic way to explore Luxor and Nobi's business does a wonderful job. A great way to get from sight to sight, very reasonable prices, horses treated really well and it's easy for beginners. Now is the time to go because, as the locals and staff will tell you, times have been tough in Egypt lately. Spend... More

I have some experience riding horses (though not for some years) and booked a 3 hour ride with Nobi's stables. The horses where all in very good condition as was the equipment. They showed a lot of concern that I had a horse suited to my abilities. I went out with a lovely guide through fields and villages to the... More

We booked a one hour camel ride for two people in early March. We were staying on the East Bank of Luxor and were met by a motorboat to take us to the West Bank where the ride started. Our guides were two lovely young men who took us through the local village, along the banks of the Nile and... More

As a first time rider of horse or camel, the thought of riding a camel for one hour around the West bank of Luxor was both a challenge and a dream come true. I cannot describe the wonderful experience it was for me to actually ride a camel in Egypt; suffice it to say that I had a smile on... More

My name is Steven, I have ridden in Cairo and Luxor. Riding in Luxor at Nobi Stables is the best. You have good horses, good guides, and reasonable rates. You'll ride through villages, farms, mountains, and deserts. Nobi is a gentleman, and a family man who takes pride in his horses. Ride at Nobi stables, you'll be back again and again.

Nobi horse stables possess indeed special energy. Once you get there you meet true Egypt with friendly atmosphere. Animals around, curious children and women, busy men, - peaceful, simple, natural life. There is always someone to meet you there and welcome you. The most usual attraction they offer is a walk through Gezira village to the Nile shore and back.... More

Myself and two others visited Nobi stables having been recommended by other visitors to Luxor, this was my fourth trip to the city and we have been riding once before albeit with another company. We opted to ride for 1.5 hours at 140LE each, we also left a tip for the man escorting us. We caught the ferry to the... More
