We phoned in advance to check if the golf was open, and if rental of golf gear was possible (this was done by our Egyptian guide, who - obviously - speaks Egyptian). The answer was affirmative. (1st of November 2024)
Upon arrival, the place was deserted, and in decay. Little grass, lots of sand. In retrospect, the Google Maps images were pretty accurate and current.
The security guard at the gate told us that the terrain was closed for repair, but I assume that was an understatement.
Please check in advance if the golf terrain has reopenend and in adequate shape.

I played the course early this year. Very pleasant. Still too cold at night to get decent grass but overall very playable. Cost €55 +€5 for caddy (+tips) Ask for Mode mobile phone +20 122 694 1295 He is the Head pro but will caddy as business is very slow. You get a lesson on the course for free. Very nice man
