Really nice park and set up. Great variety of animals and lots of roads to drive along so it never feels crowded. Some interesting history and information about poaching and the steps Kenya has taken to tackle issues.

The park is right next to Nairobi city, which inevitably means lots of casual drivers going around at the same time, with rush hour traffic at some times. Good range of game animals, and we enjoyed staying at the Tented Camp inside the National Park....More

You can get in a pretty nice safari in about 4 hours, including a visit to the animal orphanage there. Safari is road based (dedicated paths). We saw a lioness with 3 cubs, a lion just after it killed a zebra, giraffes, wildebeest, 4 rhinos,...More

7kms from the centre of Nairobi - this game park shouldn’t be missed. We saw dozens of different game whilst driving through to the beautiful Ololo Lodge.

Nice for a quick game drive if you do not have much time in Kenya. Pity they build that high speed railway through the middle of the park.

Nairobi National Park is unique in the world, no other city has wildlife on their doorstep as Nairobi has. This is not a zoo, it is not fenced in - or it is, but only on the city side (good), but on the back side...More

per person is usd 43 and for a 8 seater tour van is 15 usd inclusive of driver.Tour van is recommended due to nature of roads and better positions to view the animals coz of the pop up roof.
