Situated in Gigiri near the UN, Serenity Spa offers a tranquil sanctuary of peace and serenity away from the noise and bustle of daily life. It is your holistic haven to relax, rejuvenate and realign your mind, body and soul. We offer total wellbeing from top to toe. Our services include massages, facials, manicure, pedicure, scrubs, steam treatments and many signature treatments. We also offer specialist treatments oriented around anti-aging such as micro-needling as well as having our own detox and detox weight loss programs, built by a leading nutritionist in Europe. We can accommodate couple treatments and group bookings. We also offer hair salon services for all. Finish off your relaxation time post treatment in our tropical garden. Finally with our own coffee shop onsite, we can offer you a wide range of smoothies, healthy snacks and other delicious options to enhance your enjoyment at Serenity Spa. We also own Serenity Spa Kitisuru if more convenient for you.

    Serenity Spa is truly serene- loved it!
    Had a relaxing afternoon, excellent service! The Spa is nestled in a lovely wooded area and is a serene getaway. The massage was well worth it- Lucy was fantastic! Highly recommend. There is also a cafe and garden which I will be back for.

    Amazing experience every time
    Been going to Serenity Spa Gigiri for 4 years now and their excellent service combined with superior customer care has never faltered. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the variety of treatments to choose from according to your needs is great! Am thrilled that they now sell some of the products they use! Worth the visit every time.

    This place is amazing. I’ve been going to Serenity for the past 5years or so-and they have consistently offered professional and top line services. Nothing but the best. My only hope is that they open a branch somewhere nearer to where I live!

    Amazing experience
    I have been going to Serenity Spa for about 8 years, starting with the Gigiri branch and then the Kitisuru branch when that opened. I love both locations. The staff in both branches are lovely, accommodating, and very good at what they do. Today. I had a pedicure at the Gigiri branch, taking advantage of their April Easter offer. Lydia was amazing, she did an amazing job and the leg and foot massage was awesome. I will definitely come back here again.

    Incredible well-being moment in a wonderful place
    I went twice to Gigiri Spa during a break in Kenya, and received a massage, the Detox and Smooth facial, the chimical peeling and the haircut and hair smoothing. All services were incredible and extremely relaxing, the garden and juices are perfect to read and enjoy the outside. The staff was very kind and attentionate. If looking for a bubble of relaxation, sweet smells and "me-time", I would 100% recommand!

    Excellent service at Serenity Spa
    I visited Gigiri spa and i left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The checkin process was easy and all instructions were clear. The environment is very calming and the staff are all professional and kind. I am definately recommending Serenity spa!

    I'm definitely giving Serenity Spa Five Stars, for the excellent communication, the welcoming staff and the exceptional treatment. I enjoyed my massage thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an afternoon off!

    I loved it
    The service quality was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming, Kudos to Elizabeth for welcoming my friend and I with such ease. Agnes the therapist handled my body with so much love and attention I would recommend her to my friends. Valerie handled my toes with so much care and attention, I would also highly recommend her. My friend and I will definitely come back.

    Spa treatment you always dreamed about
    I went for a relaxing experience and they delivered above and beyond my expectations. My therapist, Beth knew just what I needed plus she gave me some amazing tips and products to use. The refreshments served at the end of my treatment in the beautiful garden were the icing on the cake. I 100% recommend this place.

The Sharon at the front desk was prompt in communication from booking, polite, and understanding when I called that I was running 17 minutes late due to traffic. I also liked the conversation and questions by the therapist to get to know my needs before starting, she ended up suggesting a different treatment that was so apt because today I feel much better and really slept well. Thank you

I very much enjoyed my spa treatments. Body scrub-I wished they let me select the type of salt. Overall treatment was very good.
Making an appointment was a little bit of a challenge. I did not have a local number and they do not have WhatsApp so only way of communication is email. My 1st email they did not respond, so I went in person and made the appointment. Reason they gave was the response is as a draft which needed to be sent. What? Why?
follow up emails were prompt.

Perfect antidote

Having visited spas all around the world, Serenity Spa in Karen rates very highly. This Spa is a haven of tranquility and far from the madding crowds amidst the busyness of Nairobi. Its rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated and furnished rooms and the staff were very professional in their approach and manner whilst being friendly and knowledgeable too. Beth and Shiro did an excellent job. My afternoon proved relaxing and great value.

Amazing experience

I have just had a massage with Judy a few minutes ago and it has been such an incredible first experience.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Her skills are truly exceptional, and I felt incredibly relaxed throughout the entire session. In fact, I didn't want it to end!
Judy has a wonderful ability to create a calming atmosphere, and I left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning for another massage soon and refer a few of my friends.

Amazingly consistent high quality massages - thanks Marie

I have been to Serenity in Gigir about 4-5 times over the last 6 years, traveling to Nairobi for work. I am quite particularly about my massages, as I need really firm pressure to get the benefits. Serenity and their wonderful therapists have always delivered. Today Marie was my therapist. She was thorough, applied the pressure I needed, and it felt like the massage went on for ages, which I loved. She was amazing and Serenity is super top notch....AND the price is affordable. I can't recommend Marie or Serenity highly enough.

A truly serene experience! Worth every penny!

I was looking for a spa that lived up to its name, and I can say I truly found it in Serenity. Serene, quite and calm surroundings. As soon we walked through the doors, we were greeted by welcoming smiles of the professional staff, and the relaxing smell of aromatherapy oils. The treatment rooms are beautiful, the steam rooms top notch, and the products up to par. We opted for the Regenerate & Recuperate Package and it was amazing. Will definitely go back there again. Love it! I give it a 9/10

Silvia at the Karen location was amazing. The knowledge she had about her work was very obvious. She even managed to upsell a scrub to me (i'm not an easy one to convince to change the budget). The overall experience was a 10/10. Not the first time and I will most certainly be back again. Well done to the entire team.
