I went for a relaxing experience and they delivered above and beyond my expectations. My therapist, Beth knew just what I needed plus she gave me some amazing tips and products to use. The refreshments served at the end of my treatment in the beautiful garden were the icing on the cake. I 100% recommend this place.

Silvia at the Karen location was amazing. The knowledge she had about her work was very obvious. She even managed to upsell a scrub to me (i'm not an easy one to convince to change the budget). The overall experience was a 10/10. Not the first time and I will most certainly be back again. Well done to the entire team.

I was looking for a spa that lived up to its name, and I can say I truly found it in Serenity. Serene, quite and calm surroundings. As soon we walked through the doors, we were greeted by welcoming smiles of the professional staff, and the relaxing smell of aromatherapy oils. The treatment rooms are beautiful, the steam rooms top notch, and the products up to par. We opted for the Regenerate & Recuperate Package and it was amazing. Will definitely go back there again. Love it! I give it a 9/10

I have just had a massage with Judy a few minutes ago and it has been such an incredible first experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Her skills are truly exceptional, and I felt incredibly relaxed throughout the entire session. In fact, I didn't want it to end! Judy has a wonderful ability to create a calming atmosphere, and I left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning for another massage soon and refer a few of my friends.

Having visited spas all around the world, Serenity Spa in Karen rates very highly. This Spa is a haven of tranquility and far from the madding crowds amidst the busyness of Nairobi. Its rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated and furnished rooms and the staff were very professional in their approach and manner whilst being friendly and knowledgeable too. Beth and Shiro did an excellent job. My afternoon proved relaxing and great value.

I very much enjoyed my spa treatments. Body scrub-I wished they let me select the type of salt. Overall treatment was very good. Making an appointment was a little bit of a challenge. I did not have a local number and they do not have WhatsApp so only way of communication is email. My 1st email they did not respond, so I went in person and made the appointment. Reason they gave was the response is as a draft which needed to be sent. What? Why? follow up emails were prompt.

The Sharon at the front desk was prompt in communication from booking, polite, and understanding when I called that I was running 17 minutes late due to traffic. I also liked the conversation and questions by the therapist to get to know my needs before starting, she ended up suggesting a different treatment that was so apt because today I feel much better and really slept well. We had a lovely Zeus and Hera Couples package. Very nice, communicative staff, peaceful mood and decor (Spa is in a lovely old house, but very clean and modern inside). Coffee and Orange scrub was amazing, and 60 min massage was excellent. Staff were sensitive to my wife's recent back pain. The jacuzzi had a bit of a malfunction but staff were swift and discrete in trying to fix it! After the treatment, we were provided tea and fruit on the beautiful lawn - and unrushed and peaceful end to the afternoon. We plan to return!

The service was amazing, from the booking to the treatment and post-relaxation session. It was a great way to start the year. I highly recommend the Deep Tissue massage. My shoulder and knee mobility have greatly improved.

When they talk about serenity - This is exactly what you get. I had an amazing quiet spa treatment at the Karen branch. From the warm,kind reception ladies to Pauline the therapist. They all made my experience worthwhile. Pauline was so gentle, kind and answered all the questions i asked. Very good knowledge of all the treatments she gave, massage, facial, scrub and pedicure. The rooms are big but warm with such a beautiful relaxing finish to each of them. The experience was very personalized. Thank you - I loved every minute of it.
