Great "Africa in a controlled environment" experience! If you have people from outta town then this has to be on your to do list. Theres a little restaurant that serves satisfactory meals and drinks there so you can make a lunch trip out of it.

This place is located in a nice and Serena area in Karen. The property is well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly. Charges are quite reasonable 50 shillings for children and 250 for an adult resident and the moments spent with the giraffes are...More

Lots of interaction with Rothschild Giraffes. I did not know that there are 3 different types of giraffes in Africa. Got to feed the giraffes - pay attention to the warning of head butts - they hurt.😊

I loved seeing the giraffes up close, but looking was good enough for me. Many tourists fed the giraffes, and even let them take the food pellets from their mouths. Yuk!

What a great afternoon out. Started with the ease of getting my ticket which was very reasonable. The animals came up really close and made for some excellent photos. The gift shop was well priced and the cafe did good food with a wide range...More

It was great. The giraffes are beautiful. It is amazing to see these lovely creatures so close by and get to pet and kiss them. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

A nice visit following the rigours of a 3 day safari If you have time to spare in Nairobi, it is well worth the trip

Great place! You pay 1000 kes to enter and then spend as much time as you want feeding the giraffes. The territory for the tourists is quite small.

Your entrance fee includes free pellets to feed the giraffes. A really fun time, especially if you like giraffes.

Where else can you feed a giraffe and have it stick it’s cute black tounge out and take good from between your teeth. A very interesting and fun experience.

Sorry cannot help, having only travelled on this occasion to Kenya so cannot advise on good times of the year to travel. Maybe get in touch with Giraffe Manor directly and they may help you?
