Dear East African Exotic Safaris staff and past visitors, we are about to book a 14 days Safari in Kenya with East African Exotic Safaris. I saw on trip advisor a few recommendations so I thought I might just ask people who already traveled with East African Exotic Safaris about their experience. Mainly I would be interested how the booking and payment procedure is working. I assume that a certain amount needs to be paid up front but my question would be if there is than any kind of contract given to be sure to also receive the services we paid for. Maybe some of the travelers could help me here and tell me about their experience? Thank you very much for your support and best regards, Lena that you gave a recommendation and I was wondering if you would have a second to tell me your thoughts about East African Exotic Safaris? :-) To be very honest, I did not find much about this agency but I thought I might ask people who already traveled with East African Exotic Safaris how the booking and the payment was proceeded, how the travel organization was and how reliant this agency is. :-) Thank you very much for your help and best regards, Lena
