The park is easy to get to - metro line , next stop after the Olympic stadium. At first it seems busy with lots of locals out to enjoy the countryside and lakes, but walk about 800 metres away from the main track and you...More

Another excellent Park in Beijing, and a great for jogging, running and exercising! Recommended for all family (during low pollution days, of course...) You can arrive by bus and subway (Line 8, Olympic Forest Park station). Expect to spend at least 2-3 hours, this park...More
This Park was huge, so I was tired by the end of it! I really like the scenery during the fall when I went. But there wasn't much to it but mainly forest and gardens.
Just when I was sure that Beijing was all cement and grime, I walked to the immense oasis that is Olympic Forest Park. It features an abundance of flowers, trails, bridges, and greenery. It was refreshing to see people walking, jogging, and enjoying a respite...More
Olympic Forest Park is very big, clean together with long walkway around big lake, The air very fresh there. Plenty of birds and flowers in the Park. I like much the magpies and ducks. Very nice place for quiet relax, running and photographing.
The forest part is free and very big, including the south park and the north park. It has a 10.7 km track, which attracts a lot of people to run in the park. Except in winter, the park is filled with people, running, walking, strolling...More
You could spend a day here poking around and getting a lot of exercise. Lots to see with views across the lake; public art. I visited in November and so the ginko tress are dropping leaves everywhere. Relaxing but still popular.
this is a wonderful park, big, large, all sorts of varieties of plants, trees and (during spring) flowers; still avoid weekends and festivities, because the place gets filled with people and gone is the silence.
If only there were no people here! I love to come and run here but it's always crowded. Visit in spring for the blooms and autumn for the leaves' magnificent hues. I organised a 5k race here and it went well!
this place is huge. I suggest you take the tram for 30RMB or rent a mini car for 100RMB or a bicycle to see the whole thing. Admission is free and when you get out of the subway, you are there. Bring snacks or lunch...More
