Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited the grasslands in October, when the grass had already dried out and turned yellow. However, the whole place is very disappointing, especially after seeing the real grasslands in inner mongolia. We avoided the main entrance and went on a side road, which lead directly to the horse farms, thus avoiding the entrance ticket. However, we paid 100yuan per horse per hour, which is way too much. The whole place is not as pretty as I expected: the lake is dull, the yurts abandoned, the mountains barely visible trough the fog/dust. Accommodation is easy to find with lots of peasant houses renting their rooms for the night at 100yuan per room per night. If you are looking for real grasslands head north to inner/outer mongolia.

I heard that the horseback riding on the grassland is not available on weekdays- is there any way to set up a a 1 hour ride for a small group on a weekday?
