We were looking for an evening massage after dinner before heading back to the hotel and randomly ran into Jinliang Foot & Body Massage. Didn't really have any expectations since just walked into there from off the street, but it turned out to be the nicest massage place I've been to! Everything was really clean and they had a ton of rooms for all kind of different massage treatments. I went with full body massage and although it was a little weird that the entire massage was conducted with a Chinese style robe on, it was still really relaxing. The price was really expensive for a massage by China standards, 188 yuan, but it was still cheaper than American massage prices so I figured that I'd give it a shot. I would have gone for a foot & body massage combo, but the people didn't speak any English here at all so it was hard to describe what kind of treatment combo I wanted so I just kept it simple since they had a menu of options in English. Legitimate massage near the Jinsong Subway station and a very nice young female masseuse who looked alarmed (or surprised) when I gave her a tip afterward. Do people not tip after massages in China?
