Having been here before in the summer, the views during the summer are far superior to what you get in the winter. However, there is ice skating in the winter, albeit very crowded.

There is a lot to do at Behai anytime of the year. In the winter, there is ice skating, in the summer boat rides and clubbing something for everyone.

It's a stunning place! You will take a walk surrounded by nature and the scents of many lotus flowers. I advise you to go! It's one of my favorite places in Beijing!

Anytime after 6pm is good, there will still be plenty of daylight and after 6 the temperature starts to cool which is good as June is very hot in Beijing. Enjoy Beihai Park!!

There is a cafe inside this park but mainly sells snack foods and ice creams, cold drinks. No hot drinks though.
