A well maintained and well organised site, worth a visit while in Taipei. The lush surroundings are breathtaking. The main residence is well maintained to ensure all the belongings of Chiang Kai-shek are protected.

This was a quick visit before the flight back to Shanghai. It was a pretty garden with good views. Lots of local exercising.

If you want to walk through the park, visit the nearby Botanics Garden. Most of the houses are shut and you cannot enter. From the outside, it looked like they have not done much maintenance.

This is a great site to spend an hour or so, wandering the gardens and perusing the historic photos (no English captions) of a site inhabited by the Nationalists during the war (including Chiang Kai Shek), until Mao drove them out and commenced his reign...More

This mansion contains great pictures depicting the wartime life of Chiang Kai Shek and his wife. As the wartime President of China you see the kind of relative luxury in which he lived.
