We visited the gardens right after we saw the Chi Lin Nunnery. Both are must see locations, however the Gardens were impressively maintained. While we were there we saw some of the hard working maintainers meticulously trimming branches using actual rulers to get exact measurements. There was a lot to see here and walking around and looking in every spot... More

Well manicured garden. There is a relaxing music, which helps to create a nice atmosphere to relax. We spend an hour here walking in a slow pace around the garden. It is a good break from all the shopping malls and crowded places. When we visited the garden, it was very quite! Not a lot of people in the garden.... More

One of the must visit gardens in Hong Kong. Easily accessible from Diamond Hill MTR. Budget half a day here, but if you would like to eat at the restaurant, be sure to book in advance.

Beautiful, serene, well manicured. Tranquil in the centre of the hub hub which is normal in Hong Kong. Piped relaxing music helps create the right atmosphere. There is a Cultural Centre that is also worth some browsing time. Nice break from the shopping.

On a map it seems like this is somehwere in between skyscrapers and motorways, but when you are in the garden you it feels like a peaceful garden. Beautiful bonzai and trees. Some birds and fish too!

A really nice place for a morning visit – take the MTR from anywhere to Diamond Hill station – there are signs showing the exit and thereafter the route to take – it is a 10 min walk to the entrance – collect an informative map here and follow the garden route signs - the park is immaculately maintained with... This little garden is right next to the Chi Lin Nunnery in where the Buddhists usually practice meditation. The serenity and peace influence the atmosphere of the garden. The trees are thoughtfully planted, the garden is very clean. It gives you a taste of "meditation" by the inspiration of nature. If you are into landscape architecture, you should pay a... More

Situated across Plaza Hollywood mall, you can experience zen in this area. Take a picture near the coi pond, the buildings used as background looks like it was photoshopped.

A real oasis in Kowloon. Amazing Bonsai specimens, Pagoda, Tea House and buildings. A well cared for garden that is well worth a visit.
