It is a very good museum. I spend a whole day there. There are also lot of science tools and exhibition shows. You can play lot of fun games there. The fare is only HK$20 which is so valuable. Highly recommend going here with child.

This reminds me of trips to the science museum in London with lots of interactive exhibits on themes of the environment, communication, electricity, travel etc. We spent 3 hours here and could have stayed longer. The kids never tired of it. It was good value...More

HK science museum has many interactive set ups for toddlers to learn about science. Indoor children playground is located at 4th floor. For breastfeeding mothers there are nursing room available too.

The HK Science Museum is especially interesting for kids because it allows them to pedagogically learn science with games and activities. We also benefited from a British Museum exposition on Egypt history.

Yes, Wednesday is free. That's a very good reason to avoid visiting on that day, as it will be even more crowded than usual.
