True outlet
Dec 2019
Many had said this has shut down, but thats not the case. Its a nice outlet shop only for Prada and their sister concerns like Miu Miu and Church shoes. Pricing is good and during festivals, they have extra promotions which makes it even more affordable. Must visit if you are find of Prada. I find their designs slightly loud for my taste. But the variety is good. Very accessible from MTR and its 10 steps away from the south horizons exit. Yes, not more than 10 steps away.

Great deals but old collection.
Feb 2019
The location is right outside the MTR exit so it's perfect when commuting from the city. There are great deals but they are relatively old collections.

Great Prices, Limited selections
Jan 2019
I decided to drop by as I am staying near the outlet. It's located just beside a Market entrance (which is pretty usual) so don't be surprise or thought that you went to the wrong place. Great prices they have there compare to the boutique but there's lack of selection and service. You have to ask for help (quite badly) in order to get something. Well, for the prices, I can't complain and expect that much.

Deserted location but bargains are to be discovered
Jun 2018 • Friends
Actually went here twice, once in 2016 and in 2018... tbh, location is deserted, but with the new SouthHorizons MTR station, access is easier.
Bought a pair of shoes in 2016 for about 1300-1400HKD (if i’m not wrong haha) which is quite long-lasting as i wear it almost daily.
Bought some shirts in 2018 which were half off, and were extremely comfy to wear. Although, i must say that there were more women products than men products so it might be more suited for ladies to come.

Do expect a queue when you come during peak hours
worth to come once in awhile

A worth to visit for Prada lovers
Jun 2018 • Family
It is located in the Island, far from Kowloon. But it is reachable via the convenient MRT at South Island Line at South Horizon Station. May have to queue up if a lot of customers inside. Worth the visit for Prada lovers.

Great finds
May 2018 • Solo
Went there last week (May 29, 2018) and found that there were a lot of steals in the shoe section. I got a weave-style espadrille for only 950HKD. It wasn't really hard to find too, Google Maps was very helpful. I went out at the South Horizons stop but i didnt know which exit, so I ended up at the marina square mall. I asked a lady from the cinemas and they were kind enough to show me where the outlet was. They're kinda strict though, because they close up after a certain number of shoppers. They're not strict about taking pictures and staying for a long time (my case, bc my sister asked me to buy something for her so we talked through FaceTime).

Still Open
May 2018
There was feedback that this place was closed but we took a shot and went. It's still open. Literally, besides a grocery market and in the middle of a residential area it was hard to imagine that there was a Prada outlet in that space. Deals were mostly lower percentages and didn't see the 80% off that some people have reported back. Decent but did not find anything we liked.

Nice if you don't mind limited offering
Apr 2018 • Friends
The Prada outlet takes up a decent floor area at this residential / commercial area. It is a distance from the South Horizon MTR so my friends and I took a cab (which was inexpensive given the distance). The Prada outlet has both male and female leather goods, but a sizeable area of its space is used to display their clothes and shoes which I do not fancy. Thus, there isn't that many leather goods as you would find in a normal store. Nevertheless, if you don't mind the limited offering, the prices are very reasonable. They may not carry all colours of the same model as I found out that the Prada outlet at Florentia Village carried 2 more colours of the bag I liked. If you're not in a hurry, you can check out Florentia Village at Kwai Hing too.

4* Review, Why? This is a totally different type of listing, you can give a 5* because you found something you like and got a good deal, a 4* if you think you got a good deal and bought like 1 thing, a 1* cause you didn’t see anything that you liked and was a good deal.

This is my 3rd time year in 8 years and I bought a small card holder at the first time and a belt this time. There wasn’t a MTR in the past and we had to take a hour bus or a USD40 Taxi here. Now you can take a train that will bring you from Mong Kok to here in less than 30 minutes. Expectations: do not expect to see what you see in Prada Stores now and last 2 year here. Prada outlet has their own collection that has the same brand but slightly different logo, some items are made in Italy but not all and if it seems like a really good deal, there might be the reason. You can find what collections from some not so nice older Prada 2013/2014/2015, some nicer newer Prada (with minor defects), some classic brand new outlet Pradas
