I never thought I would walk up to an active volcano. The explosions were loud and breathtaking. looking around at all the large divots and rocks below them was a bit unnerving.

There is a ranger station there where a few rangers live, but that is it. Even those guys rotate on and off the island.

I’m not sure because I used a private tour company. Perhaps a local ppl there could answer u. Or u may look for peucang island resort.
