Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

one of the facilities provided by PT KAI the railway company gives you free internet access and provide self-service drink. the space is quite great, well air-conditioned. All you have to do is showing your train apps installed on the phone to the officer and they'll help you with the password. but too bad, sometimes some people they just don't know how to utilize the coworking space, they just talking on the phone while the others need to concentrate on the laptop screen.

Although Yogyakarta is a fairly big city, the station (and also airport facilities) are actually small town size. I don't entirely understand why. The ticket counter at the train station is on your left as you go in. (They have machines you can use on the right hand side.) The day I went (at around 10:30 a.m.) I was the only one in the station except for a large group of school kids. The woman who helped me was efficient and courteous. (I wanted to cancel my train reservations.) The station is very basic. No vendors right outside selling snacks or such; you'll want to come to the station prepared for the journey you are going to take. (Snack-wise.)

A lady fainted whilst we were in this station and only one person helped whilst others were around. One person was filming this poor woman on his cellphone. I approached staff here and felt like no one was ready to assist at all. Tainted my perception of Indonesian people and made our train journey poor as we did not want to support people who do not help in emergency situations. As a tourist you want to feel safe - however seeing the way this local was treated we have little hope.
