Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was the very first customer that morning and everything seemed well prepared. The safety instructions were clear. It was a very windy day, a tailwind so I was expected to go faster than usual. The break in the end was well prepared to this speed so had a soft landing. The view is just breathtaking. One minor thing was that tje drone-guy was not operating due to the weather/wind. But shot my own video with my phone in a sealbag on my neck to make sure not dropping it.

My sister and I did the zip line, the first one in the sitting position the second in the superman position. It was the second one where things started to go wrong.

The guys operating the zip line are responsible for operating a ‘breaker’ to stop you from picking up too much speed at the end. They didn’t pull this out far enough on my sisters run which meant she smashed into it at a fast speed, has come away with whiplash and grazes from harness - there was clear potential for much worse injuries having watched the process. There is very little attention to safety.

I then had to fight hard for a refund after a traumatising experience as lots of local men came from nowhere to watch my confrontation with the owner.

I would not recommend this activity - if you are going to do it I would strongly advise avoiding the superman position if you want to avoid being injured.

This was our first zip line but we felt safe and the views were fantastic. It wasn’t too fast so we could appreciate just how beautiful it is. We only went one way; I wish I had paid for the return. The walk back was easy - about 15 minutes back to the beach exit .

I’ve been there this February. Nothing for people who are afraid of heights but if you want to get the extra portion of action on your trip through northern Palawan this is your place to go. Take a GoPro to take some pictures as you fly above the bay.

This was my first time trying a zipline so I did not have much to compare to, but I really enjoyed it! The staff members were not very talkative and did not give much information so I just wore the helmet and they pushed me down the zipline. The views were stunning and I remember wishing the trip could last for hours, but sadly it ended very fast. Also it was a bit disturbing that I was spinning almost all the way, but I do not know if it happens in all the zipline experiences. However, great experience and super cheap, I think it was around 12 euros when in Europe you might end up paying nearly a hundred. I would recommend this to everyone!

I would recommend it to everyone. It was a very nice experience. Staff are really friendly. bad way but worth it for a nice experience. Prices 500 Peso sitting position 700 Peso Superman position. There is no superman position when there is wind. There is also a very nice drone video 500 pesos. I recommend the drone video to everyone they are shooting very professional videos. Have fun everybody

I hit my head really hard on this - It could have been very serious. I had no control over which way I was facing as I was spinning around.

If you do go in it, make sure to do it the Superman way.

There was a steep incline to get to the top. Once arriving we were quickly shuffled around, screens shoved in our faces to watch the drone video, and pretty much didn't get a second to take a breath before they sent us off the edge of the zipline. Some staff members were smoking which was really unprofessional. There was really no proper safety briefing, we were just told to put on these helmets and to "lean back" when landing. Before taking off the staff member informed me that my breaks weren't very smooth. The views were amazing, it was quite enjoyable for the most part, but as soon as I was coming in for landing I had lost all of my excitement which had quickly turned into fear. I was coming in backwards, with complete lack of directional control. I did what they told me to do and was leaning back, even though I was going backwards. They didn't deploy the breaks in time, which was very bad as I was coming in fast... and especially after they told me my breaks weren't working properly. I ended up hitting my head on the breaks upon impact - and the impact really hurt my back. This is not the sort of place to risk being injured as there are very steep, unstable bamboo steps to get back down to the beach. They asked me if I was okay, but I was too shocked to speak. I was in so much pain and shaking uncontrollably. Even after I shook my head to tell them that I was not okay, they did not offer any apologies or comfort and instead shoved a camera in my face and told me to give them a "thumbs up" for the photo.
