Tubbataha is absolutly mindblowing. The amount of fish and corals is fantastic. I have been working as a dive pro for many years in indonesia and got now around 4500 dives. still this was surely en par with the best dives i head around Komodo or Alor during a liveaboard trip in east Indonesia two years ago. we were lucky... We had a fantastic trip diving Tubbataha with Narayana. Besides the natural beauty of Tubbataha, we loved it for the following reasons: - the boat offered an intimate environment with a relatively small size group (ours was 10 divers). The crew was extremely friendly and took great pride in taking care of their guests from start to finish. - it... More

I can't say enough good things about Stella Maris. Great customer service from my correspondence with Janis, to the crew: Nori, Chard, my guides KF and Shao. The food was fantastic! My room was spacious and well appointed. The dive briefings, rental equipment, chase boats were of good quality. I'm hoping they also have other locations in the future. I'd... More

I went on a liveaboard in Stella Maris. The crew and ship are awesome and the diving was astonishing to me. The corals are in very good condition and there are thousands of small and big fish (sharks, tuna, jacks) around you on every single dive. A big thanks goes to the national park rangers that do their best to... More

From a liveaboard in this price range I expect two things: great diving support and great dining. Atlantis Azores delivered on both counts. The crew were very efficient and the new ops manager, Ferg, has things running very smoothly. Our dive guides were very skilled and knowledgeable: as well Fred and Long are great spotters, and Andrew has a knack... More

That's definitely the best reef I've ever seen. Is a bit far from land and it's a bit overpriced, but if you love diving, or even snorkelling, you can't miss it

We are a family of divers and we are lucky to have gone diving in Maldives, Yap-Micronesia, El Nido, Amanpulo, Great Barrier Reef, and the Red Sea, among others, and we can categorically say that nothing compares to Tubbataha Reef! It is unfortunate that the prices for Tubbataha dives have increase exponentially over the past few years. Despite such increase,... More

Tubbataha is a gem that very few people have access to - the diving season is only 4 months - March to June. Liveaboard is the only option as it takes 10 hours to get there. Wall and drift diving, pelagics galore - turtles, manta, reef sharks et all. Viz is great on most dives and yes there are other... More

I suspect that the majority of Tubbataha bound U.S. divers choose the Atlantis Azores or Siren liveaboard. After extensive research, I chose Stella Maris. My travel agent at Dolphin Destiny was weary of this decision, and encouraged me to reconsider. I went back to the drawing board, reviewed the spreadsheet I had put together of my liveaboard finalists (based on... More

Boat trip need to be booked in advance. Only limited number of boats is allowed there. Diving is great. Some big fish is there (manta, wale shark) but also lots of macro.
