Myself and my Wife booked this hotel for a five day stay and the hotel cancelled our booking without any advanced warning less than two weeks before our trip. They indicated that the payment didn't go through despite the fact the credit company confirmed that there was no attempt to charge the card. When I tried to call them to... More

This hotel is a sprawling property with self contained accommodation blocks or units scattered throughout a golf course and a private beach. The size requires transport in small vans , these are plentiful and the speed bumps should be removed given the only drivers are hotel employees. The same vans will bring you to d'Mall in 10-15 mins although a tuk-tuk... More

I won't recommend this hotel. Ruined our vacation and holidays. When we arrived we are given a room which someone is staying there so we need to wait to be transferred to another room. Room has no towels and it took more than an hour and 3 phone calls to bring the towels. 2 times the massage therapist knocked at... More

We are in Boracay for a beach holiday but in Fairways we don't feel like we are on a beach holiday. The private beach of the resort is a few minutes ride away and white beach is 10 minutes away. We even need to take the service to go to breakfast. We are here with my sister's family for a... More

What I love the most about this place is that it's far from the white beach and has so many pools and a great beach that you can spend a whole day in the resort and not really have to leave. I've stayed here 4 times already because we are members so I have seen it from its earlier days... More

Never failed to impress me with their rooms and service but, needs to improve their breakfast buffet. Hope they showcase more Filipino and International breakfast favorites with more LOVE!

The hotel and the entire resort ahould be renovated. The room is okay, because of the size and the bed but it also needs a brush up! The restaurant at the infinity pool is awful. The food is on a very low level. I think I could cook better and I am not a cook! The resort is big and... More

Good value, nice resort with quality rooms. The place is absolutely massive and out of the action. Could be a good thing but turned into being painfully long waits for shuttles to get around the resort and to white beach and the reception service is terrible taking hours to check in or out. Poor breakfast and rude staff
