There is waterplay for kids as well as dry area.. nice place. Ntuc is 24 hours. There is also a cinema there from Shaw organisation. The bookshop is mph. The mall is located just next to punggol mrt. The daiso is quite big and there is also a value shop.

24 hr supermarket, everyday is like black friday
Oct 2019
the main thing i like about waterway point is level b1's valueshop and daiso. daiso consists of everything $2 from japan and value shop has everything cheap! from tissue papers, snacks, toiletries, drinks, batteries, everything you need in one place. Do note that these 2 shops are not 24 hours. ps there's a toys r us right beside value shop ! The supermarket (level b2) is 24 hour and has everything fresh there, unlike fairprice extra, it does not have an electronics / clothes section. but everything basic a supermarket should have is still available there, including milk , pampers , sanitary pads and etc.
The food court at level 2 is has pepper lunch, mala xiangguo, traditional chinese noodles, chicken rice, economical rice, malay rice and more, really spoilt with choices most of the time.
I hope you'll enjoy your visit to waterway point!

appreciate all the likes too ! (:

Decent shopping mall for Punggol residents
Oct 2019 • Family
Have a waterpark and playground facilities free for the public at no cost. However it’s closed before 8pm daily. A decent, air-conditioned foodcourt with several food stalls selling varieties of both local and international cuisines. Best of all, this mall has an imax cinema and a 24-hours supermarket (but it’s NTUC Finest). If you are hungry in the middle of the late night or after watching a movie, 24-hour MacDonalds and a few stalls (only 2 if I am not wrong) are still operating around the clock to fill your stomach.

Well known apparels & footwear stores like Cotton On Mega, Cotton On Kids, Yishion, GG>5, G2000, Esprit, Uniqlo, H&M, Casio, Charles & Keith, Skechers, FitFlop, Sportslink and BATA and are also located at level 1 for accessibility. Many other shops are also well situated inside the mall too.

Many major banks (Bank of China, POSB, UOB, Maybank, OCBC, Citibank) are also available (with personal banking and other financial services).

Well known restaurants, fast food eateries & cafes are Tim Ho Wan, Ding Tai Fung, Soup Spoon, Coffee Bean, PizzaHut, Bali Thai, Starbucks, Dian Xiao Er, Uncle Leong, MacDonalds, KFC, MOS Burger, KOI, Coco Nut Nut, Old Changkee, Mr Bean, Hans, Umi Sushi, Twelve Cupcakes, Andersen’s Ice cream, YOLE etc.

A really decent mall to serve the Punggol residents and nearby estates indeed. You will be pleasantly surprised to know this mall actually catered to many youths as well. So it’s quite a vibrant experience overall. But do note that during the weekends or public holidays, there’s a whole flux of crowd so try avoiding to visit during such period. Parking lots are quite sufficient but best to take MRT to Punggol if you can.

Huge mall with good food court
Oct 2018 • Friends
Had lunch at this rather new mall after exploring the Waterway. Loved the convenience of the boardwalk for connection to the Waterway and glad for aircon and some food after the exercise. Many of the usual popular retail and food outlets here but felt that the food court offered many good options including the China lamian store with an interesting machine to slice the main, haven't come across this in Singapore! Reasonable prices around $4.50 to $5 for bowls with different types of meat with the mian.Got quite crowded by noon so best to come early. There is a Cedele here which offers the tea/coffee set with slice of cake and drink, quite spacious though staff a bit inexperienced. Cinema and supermarket in the basement, spacious so good shopping experience.

Are your shop train for emergency?
Aug 2018 • Family
Today 11/8, approx 12.30. An Indian guy fainted in front B1 donut shop. I quickly ask the tuk tuk chu sales girl ( pinoy) to call your security. Instead of calling she carry on her work for about 20mins not even picking a phone to call. She even tried to hide when I look at her. Please view your cctv. This is how your shopping react to emergency.

Difficult to navigate
Jun 2018 • Family
This mall is very big, but the design of the mall makes it very difficult to navigate. Some of the shops are located at very isolated corner. Trying to get to lvl 2 is also challenging, not enough sign to point to the escalator.

Interesting suburban shopping
May 2018 • Friends
Best part of this shopping mall is that all the big banks have branches here. So convenient! You'll be spoilt for choices with the many food outlets available. When it's less hot, head outdoors to enjoy a walk along the beautiful waterway. Great for working up an appetite or digesting off a sumptuous meal.
