We chose The Junior Course for our family adventure, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. What sets this course apart is its perfect blend of thrilling obstacles and a safe, family-friendly environment.

We are currently at the forest adventure in Singapore. My family and friends (11 of us) were on the course. My son got scared in the middle of level one and kept crying on the course. The instructors did nothing to help but kept chit chatting with each other. I rushed down to finish my level and ran to him, then one of the helpful instructors stopped me and told me he will help. When I complained to the manager (Kaiwen) how they can let a kid cry up there for over 5 minutes and did nothing, all she said was ‘he is getting help now, please stop shouting.’ I was speechless!! No apologies nor explanations, just asked me to stop talking?? What do you expect when you see your 6 yrs old son up in the sky crying his lung out and the instructors whom we count on to help did nothing??
We are visiting from Canada and this is a horrible experience in Singapore! We will never come back here again and will also advise you everyone we know to avoid this forest adventure place unless you are ready to leave your young kids up in the air crying helplessly.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! 😡Briefly. My son got a head injury there!!! I will never forget a bloody wound on my son’s head, his tears, pain and fear!
Why it happened:
❌ Helmets are for little ones only! No needed for Grand course. Seriously?! Not dangerous?
❌ Not clear instructions!
❌ I believe that they haven’t tested their course enough to be sure that it’s safe for everyone!
If my son wore a helmet he wouldn’t have got the injury. My son was shocked and scared.
We didn’t have fun, we had pain and fear.
Wearing a protective gear is not an option to choose it’s a health and life necessity.
P.S. have we heard anything from them ?… Sorry! That’s it! I didn’t feel any support I felt like they are blaming me and praising themselves.
Please, take care of your family! You have just one health! Think twice❗️❗️❗️

Very fun and enjoyable activity. The zip lines are really fun to do. And the staff there are really friendly and accommodating, especially the lady staff, Kai Wen, she’s especially very sweet and friendly. Would definitely go there again :)

Zip lines were great and the courses were very good. Nice and challenging but in the shade with nice views. All of family had a great 2.5 hours. Good value for money. Good kit.

I had a phobia of height since young but managed to overcome my fear slowly during the Grand Course Obstacles with the encouragement of all friendly & professional staff as well as my son. Halfway though, I was completely exhausted, couldn’t continue one of the obstacles & was standing in the air. Then one of the staff, Den, assisted me back safely to the briefing area for a break. At the last part, my son & I enjoyed the Big Zip very much. I wanted to thank Den & his colleagues for their patience, encouragement & assistance during the obstacles. Will be booking again for the next family-bonding activity. Thumbs Up!

It may look scary but it is really safe, hassle free and suitable for those looking for a rope adventure in Singapore. For beginners may not be able to survive all the courses, depending on individual fitness.
Can be done if it is drizzling and no lightning/thunder lightning.

We have had a very nice family experience, not sure who had more fun if the parents or the kids. Seeing my two kids having so much fun has made the experience unforgettable. At first, they were a bit reluctant but after having practiced a bit more they were trilled and keep wanted to repeat the track.

My third time visiting, and the title says it all. I did the Grand Course each time I visited and I strongly recommend it. DO NOT miss out on the big zip line (also save it for the last as the grand finale!)

Hi there, it really depend on the child’s height. The skids Course is for kids mesuaring at least 1.1m while the Junior Course minimum height is 1.35m. Hope this helps.

Anyone knows how much they charge for kids?
They have a course for under 13, is it suitable for 10 years old?

You might want to call them to find out regarding pricing as they closed last dec and are only due to reopen their brand new course April 2017. Think their pricing may be adjusted. If I remember correctly, their courses not only go by age but by height as well. Best to check as the course will be a completely new one.
