It may look scary but it is really safe, hassle free and suitable for those looking for a rope adventure in Singapore. For beginners may not be able to survive all the courses, depending on individual fitness.

Can be done if it is drizzling and no lightning/thunder lightning.

My third time visiting, and the title says it all. I did the Grand Course each time I visited and I strongly recommend it. DO NOT miss out on the big zip line (also save it for the last as the grand finale!)

I had a phobia of height since young but managed to overcome my fear slowly during the Grand Course Obstacles with the encouragement of all friendly & professional staff as well as my son. Halfway though, I was completely exhausted, couldn’t continue one of the obstacles & was standing in the air. Then one of the staff, Den, assisted me back safely to the briefing area for a break. At the last part, my son & I enjoyed the Big Zip very much. I wanted to thank Den & his colleagues for their patience, encouragement & assistance during the obstacles. Will be booking again for the next family-bonding activity. Thumbs Up!

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! 😡Briefly. My son got a head injury there!!! I will never forget a bloody wound on my son’s head, his tears, pain and fear!

Why it happened:
❌ Helmets are for little ones only! No needed for Grand course. Seriously?! Not dangerous?
❌ Not clear instructions!
❌ I believe that they haven’t tested their course enough to be sure that it’s safe for everyone!

If my son wore a helmet he wouldn’t have got the injury. My son was shocked and scared.
We didn’t have fun, we had pain and fear.
Wearing a protective gear is not an option to choose it’s a health and life necessity.

P.S. have we heard anything from them ?… Sorry! That’s it! I didn’t feel any support I felt like they are blaming me and praising themselves.

Please, take care of your family! You have just one health! Think twice❗️❗️❗️

Nice and clean adventure park at singapore. Easy to access by metro and walking about kilometre from station. Good service and several course to go. Slides was really long and fun. Fees were reasonable also. You can take own drink and food with bags and go to picnic.

Forest Adventure is a fantastic alternative to the typical Singaporean outings of shopping, sightseeing and shopping! Located in Bedok Reservoir Park, Forest Adventure offers two treetop courses, one for children and one for adults - the Grand Challenge. My wife and I of course went on the Grand Challenge.

After registration, you're required to take part in a short safety briefing and equipment overview. You'll have a chance to practice some of the basic skills you'll need on the course, including zip lining! The remainder of the course is broken into three sections; each with different challenges and obstacles that range from about 3 meters off the ground to about 8 meters. The Grand Challenge course itself also has options within a couple of the mini-courses that give you the choice of an easy or challenging route.

Flying down the ziplines over the reservoir is pure exhiliration! Until of course you somehow get twisted around backward and land butt first into the sand pit. I think I'm still pulling sand out of my a@@! For me, the ziplines were fun but they weren't the highlight. The best portions were the treetop obstacles, particularly along the challenging route. Primarily they challenge your balance and agility. Here's where all those crunches pay off! If you have a strong core and are fairly agile then the course will be a piece of cake. Still there were moments when my heart was pounding even though I knew there was no way I could fall given all of the safety equipment used.

My wife and I will definitely return to measure ourselves against the challenge again!

If you go, you're best bet is to go early in the morning. Not only will you beat the heat but you'll avoid the queues and delays that happen when there are a lot of participants ahead of you. Going through the complete course can take a couple hours or more (depending on the queue) so grab a good meal before you go. There are small snacks and drinks available for sale at the registration counter but you won't be able to take them up into the trees.

Be warned! It is not a good idea to book this for an important event, as in our case Forest Adventure cancelled our booking for our daughter's 13th birthday less than 24 hours before the event. Needless to say the dissapointment was huge and we had no chance of arranging something else a such short notice. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate behaviour, we hope another company will take up similar activity, as a bit of competition might highten the service.

Hi Eva, We fully understand your disappointment and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. After the busy holiday period, we felt we needed to close the course to carry out some maintenance work. We will be reopening the Grand Course very soon and we will be delighted to welcome you and your children. Thank you for your kind understanding.

I visited Forest Adventure on a Saturday afternoon with three other friends. I did not anticipate that the course would be so interesting and daunting at the same time.

Nearly an hour into the course you will face some challenges that you thought you would never get through. But the truth is: everyone who gets to that stage, gets through. It's just that while you are at it, it is so daunting. It's a test of confidence and awakens me to the spirit of starting and finishing journeys in life. Perhaps I think too much but while you are it, your concentration is incredibly focused and it's (not unlike how life should be) one step at a time.

The zip lines are the parts that truly reward your effort. It is - as you can imagine - far too fast (like all good things in life). And before you know it, you'll have sand all over to cushion your landing. The signature sound of "zinnnnng" would never fail to turn everyone's head to look at who's really having a great time.

The instructors are amazing. We had George take care of us and have you met a happier person? He's been at it for 3+ years and he said it's the best job ever. When was the last time you heard someone who truly enjoys his work. And if you think he's kidding, ask to see his left arm.

Safety is my key consideration and I'd never felt safer. I thought we would be supervised closely through out the entire course. We were not but that's the magic. We could navigate on our own, make sense of the course and kept ourselves safe once the initial brief was over. It won't be an adventure if we were "micro-managed" along the course. Of course, the instructors are constantly checking on us, quite often without us really knowing.

This is a "doing" attraction. It isn't about sitting in a ride that scares you to death. It is course that you have to maneuver on your own, and I say again, on your own. And that's what an adventure is about.

We all walk away recharged and happier at the end of the course.

I highly recommend the experience.

I went there with my sons and they were doing good (better than me). The course itself is fun and challeging.

However, the instructor's attitude disappointed me. He is not friendly, no fun and very serious!
Most of all he is nowhere to be found while we were doing the course. We can only see him at site 1 and the beginning of site 2.

I am aware that this is an unguided tour. However, we will feel more safe and comfortable if there was staff supervising each site
So when my sons fell, I felt very frustated and scared because there was no staff to turn to. Even if I shouted nobody would be able to hear and help because there was no staff to be seen!
This was a surprise, because I thought there should always be somebody around to help.

Today (14 June 2012, afternoon) was my third visit to Forest Adventure with four children in tow and I was very disappointed. Three of the four children I brought today were attempting the Kids' Course for the first time. Yet the course instructors on duty did not bother to enquire nor did they brief the kids on what they were to expect. It was also alarming to note how on several occasions, there was nobody up there to help the kids along when there was a problem. At one point, when one child couldn't proceed because he found that particular obstacle challenging and frightening, it took nearly 15 minutes before anyone arrived to help. This caused a human traffic congestion of sorts which added to the anxiety of the child in need of help. When help finally arrived, I thought the course instructor lacked the training and charisma to help that child in a positive way. One would imagine that those trained to guide people through an obstacle course should be very encouraging and motivating especially when dealing with children. But this was hardly the case! From disparaging facial expressions to verbal cues like "Hurry up!" and "If you cry, I won't help you" definitely made me shudder! I am surprised that Forest Adventure would want to hire staff who clearly lack compassion and commitment. It was disappointing especially for me as I had recommended Forest Adventure to friends as a place that would help build self-confidence and take children out of their comfort zone in a safe and friendly environment. Sadly, this was not the case for my young companions today!

Hi there. Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us. I am really sorry that last week experience was a disappointment. I will share your comment with the team and ensure that the instructors that were on the Kids Course on the day are properly retrained. Please accept our sincere apologises and we very much hope that you will continue to think of Forest Adventure as a fun place for young children to discover the thrill of height and build their confidence.
