Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place to swimming proper laps in a 50 meter pool. Two pools, training and competition, not crowded at least during the week (late afternoon). Simple locker rooms with lockable (code lock) lockers and a few showers. Cheap.

When I went, the competition pool was closed, and from the next day the place was reserved for a big swimming competition for a few days, so it's a good idea to check any special opening times before you go. The next day there was a Taylor Swift concert (one of many that week) at the neighboring stadium, so my walking route from the bus stop by the stadium to the swimming center might have been slightly crowded...

If you’re looking for a place in Singapore to do some lap training, this is it. You’re able to swim in either pool: training or competition; try them both. These are the cleanest pools I’ve ever been in. Easily accessible on the circle and it’s even half-price if you’re over 55. Swimmers Heaven.

I really like swim and wherever I go for business, I try to find a good swimming pool where to train myself a little.

OCBC Aquatic Centre is the only 50 meters swimming pool I found in the city.It is a new center create just on the side of the new Singapore Soccer Stadium.

The center is composed by two 50 meters swimming pools: Competion pool and Training pool.
Competion pool looks nice into a quite big arena, but it is available on selected days, during the week. You can check the web site for the opening hours.
If you like me have only time in the weekend, you can use the Training pool.
The Training pool, esthetically less impressive, is however a 50 meter with all the service you need.

Opening hours: 7:00 - 22:00
Price are really cheap, not more than 3$!
Lockers and shower included.

I didn't go so many times, but all the time I went it was almost empty..
A paradise compared to italy!

LOGISTIC:
Metropolitan or Taxi.

Metropolitan is problably the best choise.
You have an MRP station on the opposite side of the soccer stadium.

The easiest way to arrive is obviously taxi, but pay attention!
Take a taxi to come back is not easy. You have a taxi stop, but if there are not soccer match it is often empty! If you have a Singapore number , I suggest you to call the Taxi, to wait could take quite a lot time.

There is no question that this is a beautiful facility. However, they have ridiculous security that forbids parents to bring in bottled water and food so that they can coerce them into using their crappy F&B outlets. At the same time, the swimmers can carry in as much as they want - which is nice - but it makes their security even more absurd. So, while OCBC is theoretically supporting this venue as a marketing vehicle of some sort, the end result is that I WOULD NEVER BANK AT OCBC AS A RESULT OF HOW THEY RUN THIS PLACE.

It's a nice pool with very affordable price. Training pool is of 50m long and most of time, it would not be full. To be honest, I could never think of better swimming pool comparing facility, price, and audience.

We've been to the ocbc center for a couple different events. At first I thought the seating wasn't great but after watching multiple events, I was wrong. The seating is good, sound system is good and the TV displays are clear and easy to see. Only drawback is concessions are never open.

I swam in the training pool 50 metres, very quiet, clean, alert safety guards on duty. All staff were very helpful. Changing room was clean and lockers rely on combination locks, no coins or tokens required. Tumblers are quite small so unless your eyesight is good only scramble one tumbler one click to set. In the 80 minutes I was in there was a maximum of three people in the lane. This is a covered pool so no risk of sunburn, water temperature is cool for local swimmers some wear wetsuits but perfect for visitors from cooler countries.

love how the pool lanes are labelled so you can chose the type of speed you’re comfortable with to do your lap swimming.

tickets are per entry but comes with lockers and hot showers. there’s also a water cooler right beside the pool. lifeguards are on duty so you should feel safe to swim.

2 pools:
- competing
- training

Both pools are 50m long with many lanes (12)

Changing rooms are very efficient, while it could become packed at peak hours
=> in and out is made easy

Lap swimmers will definitely love Aquatic Center. It has at least 8 swim lanes with 4 speed group so you just choose the right one for you and not worrying about bumping or overtaking other swimmers. Pool is olympic standards complete with great shower facility, locker, hairdryer, etc. It only costs $2 and easily reachable by Stadium MRT. Be sure to check their opening hours from their website. Try their Competition Pool if you can - it's fantastic!
