We took the gravel road to the parking lot and walked around for a bit. Unless you are going on a boat trip or camping there I would not bother going.

The last 4 miles/6 km are on a wide track road, but don't let that stop you going to the lake. It's a spectacular experience - and that's before you get there because you mostly follow the rushing river. The lake itself is worth spending time at, or on!

This lake has a fantastic beach. Get to the roundabout at the boat launch, and go around to the north. Past the paid parking lot is a free lot, right next to (a) hiking trail to Desolation Pass, (b) picnic area and (c) black sand beach. It's not a deep beach for tossing a frisbee, but a wonderful beach for... More

Todos los Santos lake is a MUST in your trip to Puerto Varas, the color of the water, the wonderful landscapes and the calm of the place make this an amazing experience. You will be able to travel around the lake, enjoy the mountains and you definitely wont regret it.

This lake is amazing. Whether you just take short 30 minute boat ride or take longer trip, it would be great experience. We were lucky with the weather, with all the blue sky, sun and sunset view. I would suggest to come here close to sunset. The view of the volcanoes during sunset is just amazing. You can combine the... More

What a pristine and beautiful lake and view! A bit of a rough drive if you're not used to rutted gravel roads but well worth the patience. Awesome views, beautiful beach of lava ash beach. Where else!?!? A must see!

This is a "do not miss" if you are in the area! The beach is fantastic and our kids played for a long time before we could coax them to move on and go to other places. Highly recommend this peaceful and relaxing view.

Beautiful lake with boats to hire. We only did a half hour for 15,000 clp. What a deal to get out on the water and see lovely views. Well worth it. Also saw a fox on our way in.

Bad weather did not help! We went for the famous lake crossing tour organized by Turistour. It was a long day for what we got and as the weather was not with us - it made worse. I would recommend to go straight from Puerto Vargas for the Lago Tados los Santos and only for that part. I will spare... More

I crossed Lago Todos Los Santos on the 1 day trip by 4 buses and 3 boats/catamaran from Puerto Varas to Bariloche, Argentina. (It's a long and very costly trip, but a day of sights to remember for life). The day was glorious - sunshine and blue, blue sky which highlighted the turquoise waters of the lake. And the waters...
