I loved to go there to see the tons of artesanial and get fresh fish and meat products. Unfortunatelly the Mercado burned down last week, I hope they'll be able to reopen once.

The products available here are neat, but it's pretty repetitive and kind of cramped. Haven't seen any truly outstanding artisanal products here yet.

There is not much to see/to buy beside meet and some souvenirs. All the stuff looked the same. We had also lunch in one of the restaurants inside the mercado..which was nothing special.
