Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had a great half-day tour (by bike) of some of the architecture of the city with the business owner Andreas. It was a private tour and though I was a solo traveller he didn’t charge me a singles-supplement and the trip cost the same as the listed price.
He was very punctual. He arrive at my hotel a little earlier than planned and we delivered me back right right on the predicted time. The bike was fine. It was a 27 speed Fuji hybrid with disc brakes and everything worked perfectly. A helmet was supplied too and gloves and buffs (bandana) were available.
Andreas had selected some of the most important and interesting features of the city’s built environment for us to visit. This included a couple of parks, the 1910 railways station, some of the most significant museums, the new president’s residence, plus a few hidden gems such as some of the older houses. We didn’t enter any of the museums but I guess the tour could have been turned into a full day tour by going into these.
Andreas is no ordinary guide. He was very attentive and accommodating. He’s lived and worked in the city for many years and knows it and it’s culture intimately. He’s also works as an architect so was able to explain the history and provide some very deep insights into the artistic and socio-political interpretations of all of the buildings and parks we visited. His English is excellent as is his Italian. Also there was no hard sell of any extras and he didn’t take me to his friends and relatives businesses which can happen on some tours.
I highly recommended this company’s services and I’ll be using them again on my return to Santiago.

After a Patagonian trekking week, the day in the sun with Jose was a change of both temperature and scenery. The bike ride was beautiful and the winery was gorgeous. Would totally go again.

We did the 5 hour tour with José and would definitely recommend. He was really knowledgable and gave us a lot of the historical context of events which really helped to get a sense of the city. He also tailored the tour to make sure I had vegan food and avoided the fish market. We had also selected an “avid” pace and so covered a lot of ground which was just what we wanted. Overall couldn’t have been better and he even brought excellent snacks!

Very professional team. Timely pick up from our hotel and we were well looked after on the trip to the vineyards in Casablanca. Our two guides clearly cared for their customers and very knowledgeable about the area. All bikes and equipment were expertly arranged with any adjustments made with no fuss. We were with our two kids ages 11 and 8 so safety was paramount. Jose rowed

Bike tours are special to get to know a city and I have done so in Bangkok,
San Francisco and Bogota. November 16th I was lucky to go on a tour with Andres.
Special it was taking into considerations the social-political turmoils
happening in Santiago. Andres gave me insights that let me understand what is happening in Chile. Talking to colleagues and friends living in Santiago they told me I had seen more of Santiago that they knew about - Many thanks and regards Andres from Germany!

What an amazing experience. Santiago is a very "cyclist friendly" city and we were on the blue bike lanes for the majority of the tour. Our tour started and finished at our hotel - The W Hotel. It was an easy cycle, no hills, and we stopped regularly to look at art sculptures in the parks and discuss different architecture both old and new.
Once Downtown we cycled through some fun and interesting districts - places that we agreed we needed to come back and explore more - and stopped to try some local flavours of ice-cream and grab a coffee.
We felt really connected with the city and didn't feel like "tourists" which we loved. We got to see parts of the city we would never have found on our own, or seen on a bus tour or by following a guide book or map and covered much more ground than we would have done on a walking tour.
Our guide couldn't have been more wonderful, so friendly and interesting and we got to ask lots of questions. It was the perfect mix of having a bit of exercise, seeing the city through the eyes of its residents and learning lots. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had an amazing bike tour around the city and visited architectural buildings and sites - Andreas was a great guide and we enjoyed the discussions around current day culture and recent history. We were a group of 7 people and enjoyed the trip immensely.
Highly recommend it.

We covered a lot of ground with Jose and most of it was through parks or on cycle tracks. Only a few moments of doubt on the road with car users! We saw interesting places off the beaten track and found out many things other tours wouldn't cover.

José was a terrific guide and Edmundo our super driver in the van. We had some spectacular bike routes in the valleys of Casablanca, Leyda and Maipo. A superb wine tasting and conversation for 3 hours with owners of Vina Aylan. Having said that, the bikes could have been better. Ours were rentals and in need of maintenance and there were no panniers provided so we used our knapsacks for cameras and things, not ideal. One day our biking was cut short because the van had to be back in Santiago by 6, that was disappointing. Overall though it was a great experience with wonderful memories and guides were always courteous and helpful.
