My friend and I went on the Maipo Valley wine tour with Vivi as our tour guide. One other person joined our tour. We visited wineries such as Haras de Pirque and Alyan, and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at one of the wineries. Vivi was an outstanding tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about Chilean wine. She made certain to get us back to the hotel in time for our next tour group function. I would highly recommend Vivi as a tour guide!

I was booked on to do the wine tour and cooking class however due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, the wineries were unfortunately closed. Vivi and Jose were amazing throughout, always in contact and trying to suggest alternative activities. I ended up still doing the cooking class (minus the market visit as this too was closed), the wine tasting followed by a BBQ they chose to put on last minute for myself and 9 others. The cooking class, could not fault it. Gerardo the Chef was great fun. Alcohol was flowing from the start, music on, great set up in a lovely house. We made appetizers, prawn starter, a sausage stew and finished with a meringue dessert. My participation in the cooking was a bit limited (mainly just cut up a few vegetables) but this didn't bother me. I was happy to just enjoy the food and drinks. All in all a very good morning and I left looking forward to the wine tasting and BBQ booked for the next day. Wine tasting with Vivi again was fab. This was located in the same place as the cooking class. She taught us a lot about each of the wines. Tasting 5 in total (1 white, 1 rose and 3 reds) all paired perfectly with a nibble of food. There were 7 of us in the group and everyone was commenting on how wonderful all the wines were and I'd say everyone would recommend/return. The 1 off BBQ they then offered as a result of many of the restaurant closures was the perfect end to the night and my trip to Santiago. I seriously think they should have it as a permanent activity. The meats were incredible and the flavours in every bite was divine. Jose sure does know how to put a good BBQ. We had sausages of different kinds, pork, ribs, steak, chorizo, cheese and all accompanied with fresh salads and more Chilean wines. Cannot recommend this company enough. An absolute must if in Santiago.

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to book a semi-private tour of Casablanca region that turned out just being the two of us lead by our guide, Vivi. Because it was just the two of us, Vivi was open to realigning the tour to our interests and changed up a couple of the wines and even a winery. The Casablanca region's "Willy Wonka" winery is a must-go (ask Vivi), and we love the entire experience. She was a wonderful guide, full of knowledge, humor, and was down-to-earth. We went to three wineries and had a great 4-course meal at a true Chilean restaurant, accompanied by 4 wines. Not a cheap trip but is absolutely worth it if you're looking to explore the region and try some great wines with some great company.

We had limited time in Santiago and were torn between whether to do a day trip to wine country or to the Andes. We usually like to tour wine areas in our travels, but the uniqueness of the Andes won out. But, then we found this tour, which gave us a great overview and understanding of Chilean wines, and a wonderful tasting. We were the only ones on the tour this day, and Valentina did a fantastic job of tailoring to our level of interest and understanding. Perhaps the most well-spent 1.5 hours of our stay in Santiago!

My wife and I took a private tour of the Maipo Valley with Jessica our driver and Viviana our guide. The valley was beautiful and we visited three wineries from Boutique (Viña Haras de Pirque) to small family winery (William Fevre) to large production Winery (Santa Rita). VHP was a beautifully constructed winery with an amazing Tasting Room. Alberto at WF let us sample the Vats and barrels and was a truly passionate and friendly guide of his Winery. We had lunch in the middle afternoon at Santa Rita's restaurant. It was very good typical Chilean food and wine. Viviana had abundant knowledge about the history about the country and the wine. It was a truly amazing tour!
