Great views from the top. I took a metro to pedro de valdivia, then walked about 15 mins through nice neighbourhoods to the bottom 'oasis' cable car station. Metro was busy ++ even at 945 on a weekday but no queue at the cable car....More

Hi, Do you mean the funicular train up to the top? It's CLP 2,000 round-trip. But I am not sure about the Zoo.

According to my experience, when it's smoggy, you better try on another day to have a view. Weekends are usually better as a lot of people leave Santiago.
