Very large church taking up one sude of the plaza. Wide side aisles with confession boxes two of which were in use on my visit. Many side chapels. Unlike many cathedrals thid was busy with many sitting silently and praying.

Busy plaza with busy city life bustling around it. Old buildings sit alongside new skyscrapers and office blocks in this large scale colonial plaza.

Due to an ongoing service we were not able to explore the cathedral as deeply as we would have liked but I was immediately impressed by the beauty of the place, its serenity and age. One for further exploration.
