Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Supreme Court of Chile which is the highest order court in the country is located in the heart of Santiago. Was unable to visit the inside due to time constraints but from the outside the building seemed robust and impressive. Certainly worth a photo stop of this landmark building, when in Santiago.

Minimum security, a great building 3 floors, the marble staircases are lovely, and the detail is very nice.
Try to stop by very interesting.

This was by far one of the most impressive and beautiful buildings in all of Santiago. It is very majestic and dominates the skyline. Well worth stopping by to take a few pictures.

The building looks great and great for taking lots of pictures here. The building looked historic and amazing - beautiful exterior and right across from the old congress building.

On a walking tour of Old Santiago we stopped to admire the beauty and hear some of the history of this fabulous old building. It demands respect and is worth stopping by to take some photos of it's impressive façade and the statue of Manuel Montt and Antonio Varas, both important political figures in Chile's history.

This impressive neoclassical building was built in 2 phases between 1905 and 1930. It occupies a full block, diagonally across from the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino and near the Plaza de Armas. The building housing the Supreme Court of Chile, the Court of Appeals of Santiago, and the Court-martial Court of the Chilean Army, Chilean Air Force and Carabineros de Chile. Just from the exterior alone, you can feel that this building demands respect!

Just a block behind plaza de armas so you can easily pay a visit to this building and make some pics. On a lovely square too!

Both the palatial style building and its relatively narrow but simple modern water featured front yard has a distinctive architectural charm. Good for photography too.

Because it is closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when we "found" this Palacio, we were not able to enter it. We admired, however, its beautiful facades. Construction was going on during our 4-day visit of Santiago and we intend to visit it next time we're back in Santiago. Hopefully the construction would be finished by then.
