We returned to Victoria plaza enroute to the large Cathedral. It is one of several that line this specific area of downtown Valpo. The fountain is a key feature but best of all is the Impressive huge tree.

Nice city park of monumental value to the Chileans. Looks like every other victory square. Beautiful fountain in the middle with fours statues in the corners for the four seasons.
