We have a few days to see a bit of Santiago and Valparaiso before heading to the mountains so we decided to use Turistour since everything is very far from the in betweens. Our guide Rodrigo was excellent, informative, patient, kind and friendly. It made our tour more pleasant than we expected. Bring your camera, a good walking shoes..the streets... More

Valparaiso: a must for anyone who is in Santiago. Historic port city still with great economic and military activity, features many historic buildings and old houses on the slopes of the hills. Unfortunately many of these houses are not well preserved but that does not invalidate the ride. Great spot for photos, especially for those lovers of photographic tours. Explore... More

We did a one day tour from Santiago to Valparaiso with Turistik and as part of the tour we were taken on the walk through this heritage section of Valparaiso and it was a walk well worth doing to see the way in which the buildings were constructed on the sides of the hills. It was a walk constantly downhill... More

It took our group 1 1/2 hour trip from Santiago to Valparaiso. On our way we saw some vineyards, it would have been nice to have stop on any of the vineyards for a short tour or even a gourmet lunch but this was not offered on our tour. At Valparaiso we were guided on a walking tour, showing the... More

We hired a guide to drive us from where we docked at the end of the cruise to drive us and tour Valpariso and the wine country on the way to Santiago where we planned to spend 3 days. Firstly, I would not use this guide again. He is under Hectours. He had us use someone else as a driver.... More

We did the tour from Santiago to both Valparaiso and Vina del Sol, and it was a very enjoyable tour with a very informative and amiable tour guide. Had wonderful rainbow trout at the castle in Vina del Sol and the walk around Valparaiso was a good way to walk some of it off! Very colorful town, with great views.... More

While we were in Valaraiso for three days, we had a guide named Juan Victor Reyes through this company, for three days. The first day Juan took us on a walking tour through the city. We took the local bus service, took the Funicular down from the top of the city, as well as took the underground tunnel to an... More

Excellent intro to a city that could be easily misunderstood. History, culture, architecture, religion, art is all presented in context by a fluent, multi-lingual and knowledgeable individual with a love for this city. Free but worthy of a significant tip. Three hours well spent.

While walking the streets (very steep ones) I wander into a cemetery at the top. I have visited many cemeteries during my travels most notable the ones in Buenos Aires, St. Petersburg and of course my own family one in Philadelphia,,the famous Laurel Hil. The views from this spot were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the... More
