There is a lot of interesting history in Chile and this is all about the Navy history. They have a few different weapons and a prototype of the capsule that they used to free the Chilean miners.

Visited for a day. Takes about an hour and a half to go through. Has both Spanish and English information. For only 1,000 pesos per adult, really good value.

This was a training facility for the navy, and is now a maritime museum. The facility is beautiful and the displays are okay.

I enjoyed my trip to the Naval Museum. It's only 1000 CLP to get in, and there are two floors of all sorts of items, mainly arms and ship replicas, plus naval art work. A great place to go on a Sunday afternoon!

No need to spend hours here, but it is well curated, on lovely grounds. Still with a bit of whimsy. Not crowded. No hovering guards. Very inexpensive.
