We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So many lovely things under one roof, it was hard to choose what to buy! Set in a beautiful building, and really sweet staff.

All the rooms held different themes like chocolate, clothing, jewelry, pottery. Really nice, quality items at fair prices. Much nicer quality than the local markets. I enjoyed my visit here. I was on the hunt for a piece of Edwardo Vega pottery and found a nice piece to buy as a souvenir.

Hello customer, we would like to know what products you found at a lower price to be able to talk with our suppliers and have similar prices. Our stores pay rent and trained personnel to be in these spaces and give a better explanation of our products and country.

This is one of my favorite places to get souvenirs for friends or get some organic food. The staff is always friendly and attentive without being pushy. They have locations around EC and all adhere to the same worth ethic although quality and quantity of the products varies greatly. The best selection can be found at their main store in Plaza Foch, Quito. Try the mulled wine (vino caliente) 🎉

Amazing food, fresh and very flavorful. I ordered the "vegan salad" and was amazing. My husband ordered lomo and was as good as my salad. The place is small, and the waiter was completely overwhelmed when our group stopped by. It took 1 hour and a half to get our food and a coffee.... we suggest this place if you want good food bur are NOT in a hurry!

Owner, Adriana wanted to showcase Ecuadorian products and celebrate the people who make them. Each room features a different skill and artisan group. Products from over 500 artisan communities. Looking for gifts; wanting a stockpile of Parcari chocolate; seeking a souvenir of local designers. This shop has something for everyone. Come for lunch or a coffee; leave with a little something from the experience.

This is the nicest little shop and they have now expanded the coffee shop into a tiny restaurant. All goods are made in Ecuador, and the selection is better than what you would expect. The crafts in Mariscal Market are fine, but these are a notch above. I got a set of pretty pottery bowls and enjoyed the baskets and clothing.

Took the wife there. Many nice things to buy, and she did. Bought lots of chocolate and coffee from the Galápagos.

Galleria Ecuador – This place was my pickup and drop off point for my Grey Line Tours to the Middle of the World. This place is a restaurant and also has many shops to buy things…great people working on the inside.

Tons of carefully curated products (clothes, shoes, bags, decorations, beauty products, children toys, accessories) made by Ecuadorian artesans.
