Office contact and planning with Andres was fantastic: he gave me thorough info ahead and was extremely kind and thoughtful along the process. Unfortunately though I cannot say the same about our driver / guide Milton who showed himself quite indifferent to those who had a little difficulty in keeping up with his pace not looking back a single once... After checking with a couple tour operators in both Quito and Cuenca to book a last minute cruise in the Galápagos, we found TerraDiversa and Andres. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, making a couple of calls to find us a cruise with the dates that worked for us. We booked four days on the Yolita II and it was... More

TerraDiversa are a tour operator - not just selling other people's tours - and they provide well-organised professional tours with good equipment and knowledgeable tour guides. We did two tours with them: a day trip to Cajas National Park and a day trip that walks a portion of the Inca Trail and then tours Ingapirca ruins. Both trips were excellent,... More

Definitely Recommended! Andres and Milton were very helpful. The views are amazing! An incredible experience everyone should do!! Milton (guide) gives you a lot of cool information about Ecuador. My advice, take a rain jacket to Ingapirca, but it won't stop you from enjoying every minute of the trip.

I did a tour with TerraDiversa to Ingapirca and a cooking class in Cuenca, and both were excellent. The guides, Luis Gonzáles and Sebastian were very friendly, professional and fun, the programmes were well designed, everything went really smoothly and I had a wonderful time.

I had a great experience with Terradiversa. Andrea Rodas the agent helped me plan the trip smoothly. She helped me save money by finding a package that was on my budget and planned a unforgettable trip. It was the most amazing trip I could have asked for. Gracias Andrea, por hacer de mi viaje una gran experiencia.

We went fishing in a lake about 45 minutes from the Cuenca - Guayaquil road. There were two of us and our guild Klever. Our lunch, gear and boots were supplied and were excellent. Our guide was very good. He stopped often for breaks on the hike in so we could catch our breath; at 11500' the air is thin.... More

We joined Terra Diversa's tour from Guayaquil to El Cajas National Park and then to Cuenca on 2016-02-15. Cajas is really beautiful. We like nature and so we enjoyed very much the landscape, the lakes and the scenic views there. We chose to have traditional lunch and we were brought to an impressive hacienda to have delicious trout. The guide... More

I joined a group tour of Cajas National Park with TerraDiversa. Everything was great... the guide Juan was excellent, I really enjoyed both hikes we did, and the lunch at a local restaurant was very good. Andres was also very responsive and helpful.

I booked a tour to Galapagos Islands at this office and it was an excellent service. Andrea helped me to find the Galapagos tour that fitted the most my requirements! I would recommend this agency to all people that are thinking of doing a trip in Ecuador. Besides good advice, they are always very friendly and easily accessible!
